I use a spyderpro holster to carry my camera. The vast majority of time there is no weight on my shoulders w/ a holster rig. I *do* use a Peak Design *leash* for 2ndary restraint, just to keep the camera from hitting the ground if I lose my grip or something. So, while I didn't recommend the Peak Design capture system, I do recommend the leash strap. Its much more unobtrusive than a full-size strap. I find the 45mm spec superfluous--overly thick, since it is not bearing weight most of the time.
I *love* the connection mechanism...very well thought out, and simple to operate.
The cuff is also a slick addition too, and (if I didn't lose mine) I find it nice to be able to free up both hands on the fly for futzing with polarizers, & what not.
