I am the happy owner of a Yellow Toledo, purchased when it first was released from a wonderful dealer who discounted heavily. I believe I paid about $800 for it. It is a beautiful pen and although I don't use it regularly, I have inked it and written with it.
For a pen collector, it is a joy. By the way, there is also a red version and black with both silver and gold bindes.
The black also come in a smaller size based on the 600 series.
I do collect fine pens. I just bought a prerelease Lamy Imporium set for release in September. The Lamy rep was in the pen store in Berlin and agreed to let me have an advance version.
Ya'll be nice, fine pens are about my only indulgence.
