Another quick update for everyone. After making the last update, the group's order unexpectedly arrived to our office in San Francisco instead of our warehouse in New Jersey. This situation was quite undesirable given that we do not have the tools and resources needed to easily fulfill such orders here. After discussing possible solutions, we decided it was best for the group to expedite shipping of the cartons to our warehouse to ensure individual orders are sufficiently and properly packaged and sent back out. All cartons are now slated to arrive tomorrow morning in New Jersey and our team will work hard to break down the shipment and turn everything around right away.
Thank you all yet again for your patience and understanding with this drop and expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 8/10 or sooner if something comes up.

Another brief update. The group’s order was finally picked up from the vendor and is now on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Given the tracking information provided, our warehouse team expects the shipment to come in by 8/4 and will be ready to get the order repacked and off to you as soon as it comes in.
Occasionally the shipment experiences a delay en route, but rest assured that we will keep the group updated throughout the entire process and let you know if something causes it to be set back.
We are still so thankful for your continued patience and understanding and you can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 8/5 or earlier if anything comes up.

Another quick update. We are still working with the vendor and making every effort to attain a more exact estimated ship date to our warehouse for the group's order. Unfortunately, our representative has recently informed us that they've been experiencing heavy delays in their Ontario warehouse and it's slowing down their ability to get orders out in a timely fashion. They have promised to expedite shipping once it's ready to depart, but again, if you'd prefer not to wait any longer and have your order cancelled and refunded, you can do so by contacting us at https://www.massdrop.com/support. We will keep monitoring this situation until everything is en route to us.

Another brief update for the group. We've continued to coordinate with the vendor regarding this order and are still awaiting an updated anticipated ship date to our warehouse. We were last informed that everything would be shipping out by the end of this week and we'll follow up again tomorrow to try and gain a more exact timeframe from them. We realize this delay is less than desirable and would like to offer the ability to cancel and have your purchase refunded if you'd prefer not to wait any longer. Otherwise, we will continue to monitor this situation closely and update the group again as soon as the shipment is on its way.

A quick update for you all. We've been in touch with the vendor and they've let us know that gathering and packing the group's order for shipment is taking slightly longer than originally expected. They currently anticipate everything shipping to our warehouse by the middle of this week and we'll be sure to prioritize the shipment so everything is turned around as quickly as possible.

TylerHonestly, if you would have put on the page that these would take a month to get, I wouldn't have signed up for this drop. That's very deceiving, and if these are delayed any further, I may have to contact my credit card about a reversal.

I'm not sure about buying on massdrop , sometimes I save money but everything I buy takes a month to get , I think I'd rather spend an average 5-10 more and have it in less then a week

It’s a go! Thanks to all of you for being a part of this successful drop. We have submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the PF Flyers Center Hi Sneakers. They are currently preparing the shipment and once we receive it at our warehouse in New Jersey, we’ll separate everything into individual orders and send them out to you! We expect your orders will be in transit from our warehouse by 7/23.
In the meantime, we’ll do everything we can to update you on information we receive from the vendor about your order status so you know the location of your order throughout the process.
