Quick update for the group, due to a late trailer delivery the shipment of bumpers didn't arrive at our warehouse on 4/30 as expected. Not to worry as the shipment came in late today. We have prioritized the shipment and expect everything will be shipped out first thing Monday morning.
We will also give our warehouse team a reminder first thing to make sure that these are on the first shipment out.

Quick update for the group, the bumpers are still on track to arrive on 4/30. We are keeping a very close eye on this shipment and have told our warehouse team to prioritize your orders. We will update the group as soon as the remaining orders have shipped.

An update for the group, our warehouse has let us know that the second batch of bumpers did not come in with the grinders. We have contacted the vendor and they have expedited inbound shipping in order to get the rest of the bulk order into our warehouse ASAP. The bumpers are scheduled to come in on 4/30.

Hey @KloudSociety ,
It seems you wanted the right size bumpers to go with your Phoenician grinder and I would not want to compromise the integrity of my grinder because of this mistake either.The bumpers add overall protection to the grinder and make it very ergonomic for everyday use.
My apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and your frustration is understood. Know that it was not our intention for this to happen and we offered a refund as a possible solution and not as an insult. We can not give you more than a $5 refund because that is all you paid for the bumpers.
We will contact the vendor and correct the problem asap because this is the solution you prefer. Going forward please feel free to contact me @ Vaping@massdrop.com or support@massdrop.com if this is not resolved.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 4/23. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Phoenician Grinders Small 4 Pc and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 4/23.
Rest assured that we we will provide you all with updated information regarding the status of your order throughout the process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 4/20.
