Agreed, it's confusing because the Pico C is all black and the Pico Pro is the stainless version.

StamandsterThat's correct! Because this is the same machine as the Pico Pro, it is also stainless steel. We discontinued this model ("Pico Classic") when the Pico C launched in order to have more of a distinction between the entry level Pico C and the alternative model, which is now the Pico Pro. In a way, this model is kind of an in-between option: same machine as Pico Pro, very similar bundle to Pico C. We had a few Pico Classic models leftover from after the transition, so that's why we're offering it here on MassDrop at a really competitive price. If you purchase, you'll receive the same stellar customer support that we provide to customers who purchase our current models. Cheers!

PicoAldanIs the Pico Classic coming ready out-of-the-box with the sous vide functionality (Sous vide adapter)? It is not specified in the Included section. I guess following your comment at https://www.massdrop.com/buy/picobrew-pico-classic-brewer/talk/2016880 it is included because the original PicoBrew system included it. Thanks!

quikeShoot, sorry I missed this question before the drop ended. The answer is yes, there should be a sous vide adapter in the machine for you. But if for some reason it isn't, just get in touch with our customer care team and they'll get one out to you. Thanks!
