Woo! Fountain pen noob here so I'm excited to see how these write. I recently started getting better paper to write on, first with a Leuchtturm 1917 and then a Rhodia Meeting book so I think a better pen will just make things that much better.

I can't describe it, that liberating feeling. Let me tell you that the first time I used a fountain pen (a metropolitan), I filled 2 pages with whatever came to mind. I had to force myself to stop because it was late. Before that day, even writing my own name was dull, tedious and a little painful because of gripping the ballpoint too tight.
