How do we know if our package has been shipped? I am extremely frustrated with all the delays and would cancel my order if I could. All I get is generic emails about delays. Why have I been charged for a product that possibly hasn't shipped? You have my money. Why don't I have more info about the status of my order? This is going to be my first and last order with Massdrop.
My receipt says I placed the 77th order in this drop. There is no way I should be waiting this long. What's the deal, Massdrop?
