I will tell you that I am a bit of a pen/marker snob. I've ordered two sets of the G-TEC-C pens recently and am surprised I haven't been using these pens earlier. Where were these when I was in Design School!?! That said, these pens are ball point pens. Maybe the best ball point pens I have ever used. They hold an incredibly consistent line. Reminiscent of a Rapidograph mechanical ink pen. Hope that helps describe this item. Cheers!

D13BlueThese are nothing like rapidographs, isographs, or any other technical pen. these pens are fine for scribbling on paper, but you're not going to be drawing parallel, or perspective drawings on mylar with these. furthermore, they're not archival.
