XotedI would steer clear of East Coast TV's. They are known for their bait and switch and selling refurbished goods as new, etc. Check out consumerreviews.com etc and you will see they have hundreds of negative reviews on there. Pretty much every review mentions that they would not ship the item and called to up-sell them and would not ship the original product. I am assuming that is what they are doing on here. I would be careful when posting price comparisons from these kinds of companies.

XotedI wonder how superior this unit is to the Yamaha RX-A2040. It also does 9 channels at 140 watts each and supports Dolby Atmos. I found mine refurbished on Amazon for $1099 (normally $1599). That's a significant step up for the Pioneer.
