Unfortunately we’ve run into a small issue with the Massdrop X OLKB Planck Mechanical Keyboard Kits.
Production of the plates is moving along much slower than anticipated due to many units not meeting their quality control standards. As a result, we’re looking at an approximately 1 week delay in the entire process.
The factory is currently estimating the units to be completed in the last week of June and first week of July with all kits promised en route to us by July 5th.
We will start fulfilling the drop as soon as units hit our warehouse, so people should start getting tracking on their order by the first week of July, if not sooner.

YanboWu8th of July ... still nothing. The radio silence is unacceptable, the lack of updates is unacceptable. I want a date as to when my kit will be shipped. We've waited long enough, asking to wait longer while you find out what the hell is going on is not good enough. It doesn't take much to make a call get some accurate times lines and pass them on. Waiting, waiting, waiting ... not good enough!!

bjoyce1Exactly... The kits should have been **delivered** by now, if everything were on schedule. But the lack of constant updates is understandable, as the estimation process is not as simple as calling someone to get the time, especially when multiple companies/individuals are involved. Nonetheless, there should have been an update at the beginning of this week.

YanboWuSo you're telling me it isn't coming in June of 2017? No way!
On a serious note, MD really needs to be more in touch and communicate with it's community. Even if you send out an email or post saying "week #16, 75% of stock is accounted for on plates", so we actually know you're trying, that'd be something. Right now, though, I have no idea and wish I could just cancel the order and get a refund. Does it take financial protest to get some sort of information or at least create some accountability? This is the second time MD or their partners has fallen on their face with the Planck. Who's actual fault is it?
