I'm really discouraged to buy into any future drops because of this email and re-opt-in thing. This is the second drop that it has happened to me. While it may be due to manufacturing issues, trade regulations or whatever, I think that MD needs to make these delays easier on the buyer to manage.
1. Send the follow up emails from a different email address than the spammy latest drop or activity emails. I can add that contact to VIP and not miss any follow up or required steps. Sorry, but I hate email.
2. Make the follow up part of the store. From my transactions, I should be able to view the status of any trade steps. I also should be able to opt in again from that same page.
Please consider these ideas. I like MD but we need a better way to see the order status from the transactions page. Hunting through a discussion forum is just a terrible idea.
