3KidNerd I urge EVERYONE who hasn't received a tracking update to go to your transactions page, click on the link that says "Contact Support" and file a support request. I don't think they're checking this discussing thread, but MAYBE we'll get some traction through support requests.

https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0020-shopping-online "A Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rule requires sellers to ship items as promised or within 30 days after the order date if no specific date is promised."
We're past the promised date and the new promised date. I think we just want a real date at this point.

atari.zero.tvI mean, i'm not looking for anything other than what I paid for (what, almost a year ago now?), but a little something extra would've been a nice gesture to acknowledge how horribly this was handled. The fishy business with the orders being shipped as the switches come in is also a big load of shit, in my opinion.

From the FTC email, "The new shipping date for the drop is August 30th, 2017 at the latest." We're almost a week past that without an update. This new delay is very frustrating since we're 2 months past the original ship date.
I really wanted it before this weekend since my wife and kids are going to be out of state. It's the perfect time for me to put the kit together and learn the layout. The chance of me getting it in time is quickly shrinking.
If we don't get an update, I may start posting photos of rubber domes!
