Disclaimer: My Planck is already in my country.

The delays were insane, but I consider them a risk of buying through Massdrop when the product is available directly.

The lack of communication however is inexcusable.

Sadly, this isn't the first time I've experienced this and I was hoping the previous time would have been the last time.

Nothing is worse than radio silence.
