I believe they're in violation of their FTC deadline. After seeing so many people here and on reddit complaining, I'm beginning to doubt that they even shipped 2/3rds as they claim.

RinerothJust filled the form out. The complete lack of information given to me by support just really set me off. After asking for details why it was taking so long, when the "latest" date was supposed to be 9/13, they tell me everything is jammed up due to "unexpected issues in the warehouse".....
