Well my joy was short lived:
search

This happened before I even got to type on it. I have had the caps on and off my cherry mx clear code keyboard without any issues but these caps were soo tight I was wondering if Jack was trolling us by dipping the stems in glue. Sigh its late I'm gonna sleep and try to salvage it in the morning.

f22luke:/ Matias + DSA is the tightest fit I've seen. Are you using a keycap puller?
If anyone wants to avoid this on assembled boards, let me know via email (with your MD order ID) and I can leave the keycaps off if they haven't been put on already. Matias keycaps are always really tight though!

f22lukeThat was my exact feeling when I first tried to get keycaps from an old Mac keyboard with Alps mount switches "did they glued it!??". In the end I did broke one cap in similar manners you did. Yes wiggle works but gently!
