Doesn't include LEDs but shouldn't be difficult to add them (and LEDs are usually pretty cheap), I'd recommend looking up a sip socket mod guide because it makes it easier to swap out for different ones.
RGB LEDs tend to be 4-pin, not 2-pin. The PCB would need to support 4-pin for you to do RGB. From the reddit discussion, this picture of the PCB seems to imply that you would not be able to do RGB LEDs (for the individual keys)
Is that not the old version of the PCB? Jack mentioned somewhere the new one is white. (not saying the new one has RGB LED support either way, just looking for clarification)
