you forced me to spend an hour to open youtube account and upload video, also I was over 30 min on the phone with apple, You're not using their logo on the product legally, neither your product is apple certified !

SickMedsLol. Ok so for some reason you think im attacking you but I'm not. You are. It's OK you have all the right to be mad if something isn't working for you. And that's why I said I will discuss this with my manufacturer. But have you tried restarting your phone? It would help me figure this out and discuss it with manufacturer.

ezgowalletYou can lough out load as much as you can, you reply to all comments the way like you representing this product, for your information yes I did restart the phone just now and still my 3 different lightening connectors do not work, neither with mac, ipad power brick or iPhone power brick ! This is an serious issue and some one is responsible !
Just cause I'm not american does not give you right to lough our laud cause of my complaint, plus as I said, spoke with apple for over half hour and this product is not apple certified, yet it carries their logo !

ezgowalletOf course I know now, you just the guy who reply to stuff, like any indian help support, you have no clue what you selling thought still you're behind the product, read up, its not the only complaint! Maybe you should provide "tweezers" with it, so most of us can make it work !
You neither addressing other issues that where bring up in the discussion, problem with reading again ?

I got one of those clip on lens thingys on my phone with macro.
I'm going to use mine some more (about a week) before I give my verdict.
Edit: watched your video and saw what your problem was.
To answer your question, I'm using a android phone so I have the micro USB one. I can charge my phone with a regular micro USB cable just fine.

SteveWThanks Steve, I did contact support but it will take up to 3 days for them to reply, at least thats the message I get from them.
Later I will do macro pictures of the connectors and will post first video I made of showing that plugies have not worked from the moment I get them, pins are not alined properly on both, cable and adapter ...

SickMedsi have the same problem, this pruduct do a lot of problems, the charger did not charge the phone!!
