As I post every time these boards come up: if you don't like the 35g domes don't worry, you can get 45g, 55g, or now even 65g domes from Korea! http://www.ebay.com/itm/112137004390
I put the 55g domes in my boards and they are great!

subadanusIt would also be helpful to just give us what we want instead of doing the "Just buy it afterwards approach".

XMITXMIT, I have your keyboard already. Is this worth getting ?
Or should I go straight to a Realforce ?

TigoleSo FWIW I like this style board with 55g domes a little more than my Hypersphere'd HHKB. The Royal Kludge RC930 - a very similar board - is one of my daily drivers. It comes out to be about half the price of a Realforce once you consider the extra $20 or so for the 55g domes. Try it, you'll like it! :)

XMITSo in researching the pricing on the Plum 87--can't assume MD has the best prices--I found out about the Plum 87 waterproof, which is in the "floating" style that I like. Any idea if that keyboard is any less moddable than the Plum 87 here ?
