anybody know which MMCX fits the NuForce Hem8?
If I can't figure that, I'll go 2 pin Westone etc.

DaiLoDongNo there isn't. Read again. Westone MMCX has something different on its connector that makes it unusable for anything but Westones. PlusSound offers Shure/Campfire/etc for the majority of IEMs using MMCX and the Westone version for Westones.
