Question: when you pair it to an Android phone, do you guys get the accurate battery percentage? I saw mine remain at 60% until it suddenly drop dead. Also, what is the included metal ring for? How do I use it? Thanks.

MskySame here. On iOS, whether fully charged (blue led when plugged in) or semi depleted, it shows 60% on my iPhone notification screen at all times.

Msky60/100 is the module boards battery capacity used. Not intended to continuously update battery life on displays, except when battery is low, you may see the battery icon on selected displays turn red and you'll start hearing beeps to indicate module needs to be charged.
That is an aluminum slider to adjust fit. You can remove it if you have no use for it.
