Heard some discussion about this is a step up from Toneking T88K.
But the discussion mentioned that DM6 is the one to buy.

MohjongI have the Tonekings and the DM6 and I think the Tonekings sound better and have a wider soundstage. If this is a step up from the Tonekings, then these would be a good option. $350 isn't bad considering Nobles have 10 drivers per ear and they are $900.

IcefalkonFunny enough, I enjoyed my Tonekings and DM6's over the Nobles. The Noble K10's didn't have adequate bass for me. Both the DM6's and Toneking's had noticeably deeper, more controlled and punchier bass.

TheRequiemI can understand that. Everyone’s ears are different… Nobles would never really the IEM for those seeking a stronger base.

TheRequiemOn the flip side the Andromeda have 5 drivers and retail for $1099 so more to cost than number of drivers and some consider them better than the Nobles. These having 8 drivers seems like a gimmick to me, until we get some more reviews. For $350 I can get some MoonDrop Blessings on EBay and at least some people have reviewed.
I will be standing by to see how people like these. They look interesting though.

jmahoneyI don’t really think it’s a gimmick, I own the Tonekings with 8 drivers per year and they are extraordinary. They came with large 8 core cables and the soundstage and sound they produce is up there with semi $1k IEM’s. They’re my favorite IEM’s right now. Looking forward to hearing these.

TheRequiemI look forward to others hearing these, but there is 1 review on the internet right now if I am looking correctly.
I have the Toneking BL-1 which I like, but they are Planars and a different beast, so I will look into the T88K, Thanks.
DO you know anyone who has used these?

TheRequiemThis is exactly how I feel about my K10U and T88K comparison. Plus the T88K fits the entire ear, punches harder especially when listening to zeds dead. Crescent said to be tuned by music lovers while T88K tuned by earphone repair tech.

jmahoneyIt's not just about the driver count both the Andro and K10U are made of metal, and are CNC milled, and sporting very fancy paint jobs and coatings. They also have MUCH more premium accessories and warranties and both sport fancy cables. Add it all up and their pricing at least starts to make more sense.
I'm also going to assume we don't have distortion plots or impedance/phase plots, CDS's, etc for this drop so we're also missing another piece of the puzzle. Looking at that FR chart above, I raised an eyebrow as it just looks... odd for an 8BA IEM. To me, the low-end looks as if it's encroaching on muddy/warm due to that massive hump and due to highs being pulled down by comparison. Also those peaks at 2k and 8k are known points of thin, bright treble that can come off as piercing. I dunno, the more I look at that FR chart the more questions I have compared to some folks "listening impressions" ...
And just a comparison to the Andro and UERM as someone above said these are "smooth" sounding. Nothing about their FR looks smooth to me, especially next to the Andro:
