Does this come with a free game as well? If not, the EVGA 1070 ti SC is a better choice for $10 more. Plus, everyone knows evga has the best after sales support. Not saying Pny isn’t good though.

I mean, it's slightly tempting, don't get me wrong. My buddy picked up a 1070 like a year ago for $380, so $400 for a 1070 Ti is really not that terrible in the big picture.

Not a bad price for the 1070 ti however you can get the 1080 around this price now and I've seen the 1080 drop down to $320 a few times in the past two months.

Yeah? You're still getting a 1080 for $320 right from EVGA themselves and a few scratches isn't going to effect the performance. If this sale was still going on, I wouldn't hesitate buying one.

I wouldn't recommend this drop since many 1080s are being close to the 420 USD at the moment, and used may be way less

Thing is...I'm not sure that now is the best time to be buying a 10 series nVidia card. I'd wait till the RTX 2060 is released, the 10 series prices are definitely not going to get any higher.
