My jacket has been stuck in Germany since May 3, on it's way to Finland. How does Massdrop handle cases when or if the product is lost in transit?

DHL has a terminal location in Hamburg which routes many of the shipments into Finland. It takes time for packages to go from Hamburg to Finland. While this period of no tracking activity is above average, it is still within ranges we’ve seen before. I got mine in Adelaide, Australia today! I normally wear S/M and I got small. Its a tiny bit tight across the chest buttons, which is normally the case for me. I gave it a was and it seems like it didnt shrink too much. I will say that its super stiff. It will be nice when it softens!

Agree with most. Was told to downsize but its a bit tight. Since most who had it when a size down, I'm guessing there is a production error or something.

I am literally in the same boat as you. It fits, but tight. If I wash it, it'll be unwearable. i went off the suggestions of others. I'm super dissapointed that it doesn't fit. Hopefully something can be done, final sale on a $70 item is ridiculous.

Planejet42I have quite a few Made in USA items in my closet... I must say this is the first one that makes me think that it cant always be better quality/workmanship just because its Made in USA.... I have quite a few Chinese made shirts and jackets that beat this thing hands down in the quality department :) Lesson learned....
Anyway, am hoping that this stretches somewhat with wear... and am planning to wax this thing and never wash it (the guys at Filson sent me a tin of their canvas wax with my last order; it may come in handy here). I may end up destroying it in the process but am gonna try anyway LOL

The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive 4/26.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, but we will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled for the middle of this week and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.

We've been in touch with the vendor and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and pack the group's order for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. We will continue to check in with them throughout the fulfillment process and update the group again as soon as everything is en route to us!

As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 4/18.
