Seal on the box was broken. Customer service gave me the runaround when I asked why. Asked for pictures of the box and played stupid. Never answered my question. No surprises here. I treat all Massdrop items with thorough skepticism. Prices are not always the best. Products are not always what they seem to be. Just keep your eyes open when joining drops.
P.S. This exact headset is selling on Woot! for $20 bucks less... :(
