Popov Leather Belt
Thick, Beautiful Wickett & Craig Leather
These belts comes from Popov Leather, a small leather workshop in British Columbia along the west arm of Kootenay Lake. Each one is made from thick 12-ounce English bridle leather from Pennsylvania’s Wickett & Craig. Founded in 1867, Wickett & Craig is one of just two remaining vegetable tanneries in the US. The edges of this belt are burnished with beeswax, and the solid brass buckle is complete with a matte nickel finish. The Chicago screws keep everything secure and allow the buckle to be changed out easily if needed.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice of color (black, bourbon, or russet) in every size from 28 to 48. These belts are made to order. Please see the sizing info below.

Sizing Info
Because Popov Leather uses vanity sizing, you should order the same size belt as your tagged waist size. For example, if you wear a 36 in Levi’s, order a size 36 belt. Popov Leather will add 2 inches to that measurement to get the overall belt length. There are seven holes on each belt, spaced one inch apart. Belt sizes should hit the middle hole, which means you’ll have 3 inches on either side for sizing up or down.
