Mineral Ink
The Edelstein (German for gemstone) series features extra soft ink, giving you a better flow and lubrication as well as less required maintenance. With a quick dry time, lustrous sheen, and ample shading, you get beautifully composed letters without feathering, smearing, or bleedthrough on most paper. Every nature-inspired shade comes in a thick glass flacon, giving you the proper presentation for your premium Pelikan Edelstein Ink. Pelikan Edelstein Ink is available in the following colors: Garnet (Dark Red), Tanzanite (Blue-Black), Mandarin (Orange), Ruby (Red), Aventurine (Green), Jade (Light Green), Topaz (Purple-Blue), Sapphire (Blue), Onyx (Black), and Amber (Yellow).
Herbin Fully Loaded
To celebrate their 340th anniversary, J. Herbin unveiled their 1670 Ink, complete with colors and bottle construction that recall their storied past. The ink delivers a very good flow with regular writing, strong shading with a flex nib, little to no feathering or bleedthrough on proper paper, and poor to medium waterproofing. While it takes longer to dry than most and requires more scrubbing to remove, its unique shades and consistent performance make any inconvenience more than worth it. J. Herbin 1670 Ink is available in either Rouge Hermatite (Dark Red) or Ocean Blue (Dark Blue).
Earthy Inspiration
The name Iroshizuku comes from the Japanese words for “coloring” and “droplet,” a telling characterization of their delicate approach to ink. Every shade in their collection was inspired by Japanese landscapes and plants, faithful recreations of stirring natural tones. Made with quality ingredients for high performance, the ink goes on smooth, dries quickly, and won’t feather, even on lower grade paper. Iroshizuku Ink is available in the following colors: Kon-peki (Deep Blue), Tsuki-yo (Midnight Blue), Take-sumi (Black), Fuyu-syogon (Light Cool Gray), Asa-gao (Dark Blue), Yama-budo (Purple Magenta), Momji (Crimson), Murasaki-shikibu (Purple), Ku-jaku (Deep Turquoise Blue), Shin-kai (Blue Gray), or Ama-iro (Sky Blue).
