I got the iroshizuku and the refund, but still no Pelikan ink. It's been almost 2 months now. What's up with this? It's way way past 11/27, and I haven't seen any sort of update on this.$36 for one $25 bottle of ink, and no communication - that's pretty lame.

I thought that we had resolved all of these orders quite some time ago, but apparently not.
I'm really sorry to hear that some people like @Ryanne are still missing bottles of ink. Are you still missing your bottles of Edelstein ink, @GadgetGeek and @AdamL?
This was a very frustrating order, I will get answers on Monday 1/12 and report back ASAP.

Our Customer Support team sent out an email to members who selected colors of the Pelikan Edelstein ink that were not actually available when the drop ended and the order was placed.
I'm not sure if you received and/or replied to that email, but our team will email you shortly and extend the same offer of a partial refund or substitute bottle that all members were given.
Please let me know if you don't get an email, same goes for @AdamL and @GadgetGeek.

JonasHeinemanThey've contacted me - I did get the email. It said I'd get 2 bottles - the other two I chose were j herbin and iroshizuku. I chose the partial refund, and then only got the bottle of iroshizuku. I did get the refund, but only one bottle of ink, which kind of sucked. It's settled now. (Looking at the email, it also said the j. herbin was what was missing, not the edelstein.)
