So I've just started using mine, first ortholinear keyboard I've used but it was going surprisingly well. Then suddenly the backlight leds started flashing rapidly and the keyboard is otherwise unresponsive. Is it dead or did I just make some newbie error and put it into flash mode or something?

arnijrIt doesn't sound like you hit reset, it would make a couple of beeps if you did. My Planck had the USB port come loose, you might check the little bands that connect the USB port it to the pcb.
