I don't think the headphones port is working. I have my Nintendo Switch plugged into the monitor using HDMI, made sure the mute is off and turned the volume to 100 and got nothing but a buzz. I did this on my older BenQ monitor and it worked fine.
ecolemanI've narrowed it down to the monitor not passing through audio from HDMI. When I plug it into a windows computer through HDMI, it doesn't show as an audio device, but doing the same with Display Port gives windows a new audio device. Principle Matter, this is something that should be improved to make a better monitor.

PrincipleMatterI did indeed. The firmware update was reasonably straightforward and it worked like a charm! Now audio works flawlessly through HDMI and DP. Thank you.
