How do you return these? I can't get the tops off, even with a wrench. I have sent 3 inquires to try to find out the return protocol, and I have gotten no response. I am getting highly frustrated. This was way to expensive to let it slide.

I'm also having problems getting the cap off. I've only been able to get ONE cap off ONE TIME. Now I can't get any cap off and it's driving me nuts. I can't use these if the caps won't come off ... and I was so excited to get them... can we return?

I had trouble getting the caps off too, and came looking for help here. I can get them off if I twist a little and then pull hard. Really hard. The pens are very nice. I am thinking the intensity of the cap fastening is to keep them from dying out. I will continue my research to see if there's a trick other than twist + brute force.

I too cannot get the caps off. I decided to check because I thought I cant be the only person with this problem. I tried a wrench and still could not get the cap off. What is the return/refund procedure?
