Build Features

The SE edition also sports a large platter with significant weight to help deliver a smooth rotation and superior sound quality. The belt-driven design includes a low noise AC motor with TPE-damping for effective motor decoupling at both 33 and 45 speeds. With both these features in tow, the Debut Carbon DC can implement a stable spin speed and quieter operation for a more accurate playback and less distortion due to unwanted vibrations.

Finishing Touches

The CARBON TUBE tonearm included with the turntable is constructed of a material that boasts superior stiffness and a reduction in unwanted resonances that can also adversely affect sonic output. The Debut Carbon SE comes in a high gloss red finish and includes a removable clear dust cover to help keep the playback environment clean. The updated power supply incorporates a new DC-driven AC generator that utilizes less power when idle or not in use.
