Got mine today and looked it over as usual on all my knives I enjoy unboxing. Did look more Blemish Quality than 1st market sale (frame edges nicked and sharp as well as the G10 edges) and sticky opening.
Took it apart and sanded the edges of the metal frames/G10 handles. Also noticed the bladed hitting the G10 spacer in the middle of it instead of the Pin Stop by the bearings. So quickly drimmeled it about 16th of an inch and fine now. All took about an hour.
All in all, glad I did the sanding (400grit)/applying Tuff Glide to bearing/. Also now opens Smoothly via the Flipper and Locks up nicely! Screws and such are quality. Time will tell on the blade but looks/seems quality. Not a Spyderco/Kershaw quality out of the box, but feel it will last for a while. No buyers remorse!
Photos trying to show hump removed in spacer so blade does not hit and sanded frame now smooth.

ZencowboyI got this knife when it dropped the first time. I like it a lot.
It's on the big side for a folder. It's smaller than the ZT560, but still on the large side for an EDC knife. More like a knife you'd carry around on your belt when you know you'll be doing some cutting.
The first thing I noticed was how smooth the ball bearing pivot was. It's actually the slickest, easiest opening folding knife I own (I have a few dozen knives, and about half of those are folders). After lubing it with some DuPont dry wax and teflon lubricant, I have to say it's the nicest pivoting action I've personally felt in any knife. Even nicer than the ZT560, which has a nice ball bearing pivot system. But this one is noticeably nicer feeling. Super slick and frictionless with a satisfying thock when it locks open.
The blade is also impressive. While I haven't put this knife to much use and can't comment on the durability and edge holding of the blade, I can say that the D2 blade was SCREAMING sharp out of the box. And I mean SCARY, SCARY sharp. Out of the knives I own, this one is undoubtedly the sharpest by a good margin, folding knife or otherwise. Truly impressive sharpness, at least on the one I received.
The feel is of very good quality. No issues with fit or finish, at least on the outside.
One issue I had, however, is also with the blade hitting the spacer when the knife was closed. Except on mine, the blade didn't hit the middle spacer pillar. Rather, it hit the spacer pillar near rear of the handle (If you look at your first picture, it is hitting the bump at the bottom of the black spacer. That bump is the pillar that one of the screws goes through. Since it is located near the back of the handle, the impact point is actually more toward the front of the blade when it is folded together).
I didn't notice this happening for a few days, but then I noticed what looked like a tiny, tiny rumple or crinkle on the edge of my blade. Then I looked closer and figured out was happening. The blade was hitting that G10 pillar and warping slightly at the point of impact.
I didn't disassemble my knife to grind down the pillar like you did. Instead I used a small triangular file to carve out a little notch on that spacer pillar. The notch is deep enough that the blade seats into the groove without touching anything.
So this wasn't perfect. That it happened on more than one knife means that there are some production kinks to hammer out.
But I'm more than happy with this knife. In fact, I like it so much I got the tanto version that Proelia makes when it dropped here a while back.
P.S. - I just pulled out my knife to look at it again. I was wrong. The pillar that the blade was hitting IS that one in the middle. Not the one at the end, as I had thought. So on both my knife and Zencowboy's knife, the blade is hitting at the same spot, the bump in the MIDDLE of the spacer.
