ZyBeRThere's never certainty of anything, but MD has always ordered extra sets. For anything that didn't meet minimum order quantities, they have kindly ordered up to that (perhaps more? Who knows). And for other sets they need to cover any potential damages or shipments lost in the mail. I don't know how many extra they order, but you should see sales in a few weeks / months after orders are fulfilled and MD knows that the customers in on the drop are satisfied.
That said, those extra sales are very limited in quantity and go fast. Your other option is to wait until these have shipped and start checking r/mm or other resellers.

JaleesaGBased on comments below from Mito - the Rams will be delayed. I opened a ticket because I want to have the rest of my ordered shipped when ready. I'm willing to pay for the extra shipping. I hope that is something you can do.

8six753o9I'm not even surprised that Massdrop is late nowadays, as long as they communicate it and give the option to drop out then I'm good.

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?

I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
