Based in New York City, Qilo Headwear was founded by a pair of college friends who shared a love for five-panel caps. It launched with a single design: a five-panel cap with an allover pineapple print. Since then, Qilo has made this tropical fruit—a symbol of hospitality—its central motif. Or opt for the Qilogram dad hat or flat-brimmed cap, which feature embroidery inspired by philosopher Lao Tzu’s quote, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.” These one-size-fits-all pieces use combinations of suede, cotton, and corduroy with adjustable straps.
