Hey group! Thanks for all your feedback around the new Roper XL drop and the Quartermaster brand. After reading your comments and further research on the company, we decided to pull the drop and focus on brands that are a better fit for the Blades Community. Thanks again for your continued support.

Does anybody saying this actually own one?? I own several and they are nothing but top notch along with great customer service. I have heard all these same things, but like I said every knife I own from them are definitely equal to or better quality and everything else wise as any knife in the same price ranges.

Highly unethical company with materials sourced from overseas and then stamped Made in USA. 👎

Quartermaster knives are really bad and they lie. They are made in China and Mexico and are imported and they print made in USA and made in texas on them when they clearly are imported. Lies. Also they don't have a business license, no factory and they even lie about that. Massdrop do yourself a favor and pull this now because they also lie about the materials used in some models.
Let's also not forget Jared the guy behind the company has stolen designs against the original makers will. Nothing about this company is good.

Sad to see a Quartermaster knife on here. They are a scummy company with unknown materials and fraudulent origins. Lots of information going in depth on Bladeforums about how bad Quartermaster is.
If you have an issue with anything purchased from Massdrop, the best avenue for support is to click "Contact Support" in My Transactions under the record of the transaction so that our support team can reference your specific information and also the vendor info. I'm not sure who you spoke to, but we work directly with Rike's owner, Richard super nice guy, does great work with coloration IMO. Hope that helps to clear things up.

JonasHeinemanYea I know I did contact Rike and massdrop I spoke to Richard and he gave e me the phone number or his guy in the us he said he controls the us marketing and they have big things in the works. I guess you just misunderstood my comment, I think the guy I spoke with was just new and that's why he didn't know about massdrop but Richard did, and you don't need to worry I was taken care of by Rike.
