Why does it take so long for the shipping? I live in Canada and I've had Amazon.com free shipping show up in less time than Asendia takes to even get the package out of the USA...which 6 days later they still haven't done. The package is still Folcroft. What's the hold up?

PeterKItem showed up in my mailbox today. Ascendia tracking says its still in the USA. Not much use...
