Our vendor just reached out to inform us of a production delay. Production is slated to be complete on 8/5, so fulfillment from our warehouse is now trending towards the middle of August.

ArthurMYour last update said the vendor is "still working to gather and pack" our group order (of 186 units if I've done the math correctly). "Gather and pack" does not connote "production. " The new update seems to imply the Racoons are actually not produced yet. Therefore it would not seem accurate the vendor could be "gathering and packing" products not yet produced. It is the miscommunication and lack of clarity that is a disappointing - as a first experience with MD this feels less than well organized.

JwellI cancelled mine - but the CSR wasn't exactly helpful. First she sent me a scripted reply about fulfillment process and didn't read a word of my actual cancel request. Wasn't honoring cancel request, Then I pasted MDs own conflicting status updates plus their own update wording "We understand that the additional wait time is undesirable. If you would prefer to cancel your order, please contact Community Support using the “Contact Support” button in your transactions page (http://massdrop.com/transactions). ". Then the CSR went back and read my actual inquiry and reluctantly, it seemed, acknowledged the status updates were inconsistent and agreed to cancel my order. Not a good first experience for me. The right hand doesn't seem to know what left hand is doing.
