What are the two additional push buttons for above and below the crown? The watch in the drop presents differently because of these compared to the watche/s featured above in this discussion thread

I have no idea what those buttons are for. There is a chronograph version on the web, but it has a chronograph sweep hand, a date, and a couple of complication subdials.

3D product rendering mishap? A factory screwup? Maybe this is something built from spare parts to get rid of all the remaining parts, and they only had normal dials and chronograph cases left?

O.K., here's another one, but with a normal face and chronography case like the drop here, list $3,000, price $960, so it seems like whatever this thing is, other places have them and are selling them discounted.

I assume the 23 mm bracelet tapers really fast, or else it could be pretty chunky looking on a lady's wrist.
