I've been sitting back quietly hoping for a resolution but I too am starting to wonder what's going on. I understand making cool things isn't easy, but after considerable expense and patience I would at least appreciate to know where we are in the process of making the Configurator work. The M10-A is beautiful, but I ordered a tool not a sculpture. I am still very excited about this product, but I would like some assurance that I can actually start using it soon.

FondusonMassdrop refunded me because I complained about the same thing! Frustrating that we wait a fairly long time for a product then have to wait even longer to properly use it.
