From reading all the post in this thread, it appears Randolph screwed up sizing chart is costing us quite a lot of money. I too measured my head and the sunglasses does not fit me (too small).
Called Customer Service at Randolph's and they said go through Massdrop. Massdrop won't reply to my email.
We need a response from Randolph or Massdrop on this. This isn't fair to many of us. Randolph needs to revise it's sizing chart and accept exchanges. We didn't pay 100$ + to have a sunglass that doesn't fit.
On a side note, if anyone wants a 52 and has a 55, I'm down for an exchange. Mine is Gold and Tan Polarized.

Hi Kat,
This is all very confusing. I received a reply to my email from Massdrop on June 1st from "Kelly C" saying that Randolph is accepting exchanges.
I called/emailed Randolph just now and they say they are NOT accepting the exchanges and that it is Massdrop who is responsible.
Technically, I believe Randolph is right. We've bought the item from Massdrop, not Randolph. As the middle man, Massdrop should be taking care of this or at least help in the communication between distributor and buyer as the "reseller".
