Ransom Holding Company is perhaps best known for championing the sneakerboot movement in the late 2000s with the Never Ending Path project, a multi-season collaboration with Adidas. These days, the Canadian company continues to reinvent traditional footwear with new silhouettes, colors, and materials made to cross all kinds of terrain—from city streets to mountain trails. Just take the Alta Mid shoe: a modern spin on the soft moccasin. It features a soft, long-hair suede upper atop a featherlight EVA outsole with rubber inlays for added traction. Complete with a simple lace-up design and a mid-foot cut line, this seasonal staple comes in colors ranging from subtle to bold.
