DozierXBoth come with the cushions. Size wise, you are a tweener. It depends on how you like your chairs. The Finish Line will hug you a bit more but is certainly fine for your size. Carbon is a bit of a flatter saddle and bigger, so you will have ample space at your size. Both are very high quality. Thanks! Hope I helped and didn't make it harder! lol Chris
