The pillows aren't very comfortable. The chair reclines quite a bit further than I expected, which I like. Armrests are kinda annoying, but better than nothing.

not a great chair for comfort and has durability issues
Chair got real wobbly and the back bent out of position after about 4 months of use. The padding while high quality and the pleather really thick were not very comfortable( Stiff and stayed stiff even after breakin) Also had a hard time finding a position where I didn't just slide down the chair.

Decently comfortable
Decently comfortable after two years, a little on the stiff side if that's your thing.

I previously wrote a very passionate 2 star review for this product after the initial sit, but after about 8 or so hours later I sat on it again, started experimenting a bit more, and have grown to like the product a lot more than I initially did. Usually I'm a very open minded person and I don't usually rush passionate reviews, but I guess this time I took the L. I don't know if this product is worth the $300ish they're asking for on Amazon, but for $130, this is a fucking fantastic value of a chair right here, despite a few issues I'll go over in a bit.
The adjustable arm rests are really cool and useful, they go up and down as well as back and forth and can turn 45 degrees left or right, so your elbows are supported when you're typing (like I am now :D). Overall they function VERY well.
The back of the chair is VERY comfortable. It's almost like it was specifically designed for my back (I didn't like to use either of the optional cushions). And with the ability to lay back surprisingly far makes it very comfortable to lay back and chill on. This is my first high-back chair, so that may be why I think it's so good.
Now here comes the more controversial part, the seat itself. It's rather narrow, and I'm a bit more on the overweight side of things, so it's a bit weird and uncomfortable. If I'm sitting forward in my chair or sitting back reclining, it isn't too bad at all, but if I sit like one would normally sit in a chair then it's QUITE uncomfortable for me, but that might just be because of my weight. And what's great is that I can still enjoy this chair even if I have to resort to more unconventional methods of sitting. The only problem is that I'm going to have a tendency to lean forward when sitting on the edge of the chair, but not by too much. But that might just be because of my body type, so if you have a bigger physique you might want to play it more on the safe side you might want to wait for a chair to drop that has a wider seat, even though it will probably cost more (the ones I'm seeing right now are around $200, but one's going for $270ish), but those'll allow you to spread your legs more and vent out your crotchular regions for extra comfort.
The chair itself can also go up and down (as is customary of must chairs), but the highest it goes is still pretty high (at least higher than my old chair), and allows it so my arms are above my (stationary) desk and peripherals enough so my arms are slightly above the desk and peripherals, so my arms don't catch on the edges of the desk as much, and is infinitely more comfortable.
One more thing I should add, is that there seems to be some issue with the packaging, because my right armrest has a scuff mark in the back of the rest, and somewhere on the seat (I forget where, but that's probably for the best) there's a small cut in it. A few other people seem to have similar problems. And I should also mention the installation process, which was a little difficult for me because I didn't realize until about halfway in that there were written instructions on the left side, and trying to interpret the many times vague instructions made the entire process take about an hour. However, there was a problem with the side panels (as a few others have as well). They're not required for the chair to function, they just cover up some of the screws and such and make the chair look cleaner, which I welcome. However these side panels require a bit of force (I had to try slapping them in a couple times to get them to attach), and they're rather flimsy plastic, so others have reported theirs breaking during the process. Mine didn't, but that's something to keep in mind.
With those issues in mind, that's why I gave this chair 4 stars at $130. At $300 though, I'd give this more like 2.5 stars. I expect better for the price. But $130 is a really great price for this, and this chair packs in a lot of features.

Nice comfortable chair! Only downside is that i get really sweaty when sitting on it and it can make you a bit unconformable though i'm not sure if it's just because its summer or not. Otherwise great purchase!

Pretty comfortable, even though I don't quite fit in it. I am roughly 6'2" with most of my length attributed to my torso, the high back fits me well. What surprised me was the seat doesn't fit quite as I had hoped, my legs extend past further than I would like. I was between the Carbon and the Finish line. Would probably go with the Carbon next time.

Chair is really nice. Heavy really need 2 people to set the seat on the base if you follow the instructions. Much easier if you mount the seat bottom to the base then attach the back to the seat bottom. The seat bottom is very much like bucket seats in a sports car. Keeps your legs together. Quality seems really good so far. Only had it about a month. We'll see long term. Only complaint is that one of the covers for the hinge where the back attaches to the bottom was cracked...in shipping I'm sure since the box was a little messed up. Not a lot of padding/foam protecting the fragile parts. I would recommend this chair for sure.

First time purchasing a racing gaming chair. Installation was easy except for the side covers had poor build/tolerances, so they were hard to put in and one broke. Comfortable for hours but if you are thinking about getting a racing style chair, I would reconsider. The fabric for most is not breathable and you tend to sweat in them for prolong use. This particular chair limits seating position with side flang. I said comfortable but limited.

fariswheelHi fariswheel...thanks for ordering. Not sure how you would not get the side panels, but that is an easy fix if you email us at support@rapidx.io and we can ship you new side covers. Thanks

I give the chair an overall rating of good. Only complaint is the plastic covers that clip to the seat-to-back steel brackets were very poor quality. After numerous attempts to get them to stay on one tab finally broke off so I just left them off.
