Yes, these are classic Ray-Bans at least in design. But don't think for a moment that you're getting Bausch & Lomb products. They sold out to Luxottica in 1999. Originally this company made their sunglasses in Italy and the quality was still pretty good. But now they've apparently farmed production out to China. I wore strictly Ray-Bans from 1967 to around 2000. But I didn't much care for the manufacturer changeover. Since then, I wear Smith Optics and Maui Jim's. I think these are much finer glasses and about the best lenses you can get no matter how much you want to spend. For everyday wearing, I use Hobie which I still consider to be better than Ray-Bans. The lenses for all three of these brands come in an 8 or 9 base curvatures which mimic the human eye. I always go for full polarization too. But if you must have these, you can find them on eBay for under $70.00 with free shipping and no tax in either the tortoise shell or black finish.
