At 51 mm, these are very narrow. My son has a fairly narrow face and he likes the 55. I have the 58 mm gray gradient aviators and I baby them. The quality is indisputable; it comes down to style and size.

mring1I wouldn't call a full 2" wide circular lens narrow, the full measurements are, Eye 51mm Bridge 19mm Temple 145mm B 48.8mm. Hope that helps.
