This will be my first MD purchase. Anyone with experience here can confirm if these watches are authentic factory fresh brand new in box? Not preowned, refurbs, display models etc.?

WatchluvrAll the watches I’ve bought here have been original, but read the description carefully... the description for this particular watch doesn’t state that it comes with papers, and it isn’t covered by the standard Raymond Weil factory warranty, just a MassDrop one year warranty. MassDrop has never explained exactly what their one year warranty service entails, so when you receive the watch inspect it carefully... if you find anything wrong with it, you have 30 days to ask for a refund or exchange.

WatchluvrThe last seven I bought were all papier-mâché mock-ups; hollow inside too! Customer Service claims that’s the way they’re supposed to be and won’t refund the $280,458 I spent. I’m suspicious; don’t know if I believe them.
Not sure I’ll buy another at this point...
