Slim Straight Jeans Made for Movement
Founded in the small Swedish town of Eskilstuna, reDEW aims to make the best jeans on earth while being kind to the planet. By teaming up with like-minded textile experts and color specialists, reDEW is able to offer innovative fabrics that retain an old-school denim feel. For the Ravin jeans, it’s raw, unwashed denim comprised of organic cotton with recycled PET bottles and a touch of Lycra. They have the look you’d expect from Japanese narrow-loom selvage, with added comfort from the slight elasticity and the extremely smooth fabric back. Along with minimizing water and chemical use, the special dye technology allows the jeans to be as dark as possible and keep their color much longer than they would with conventional dyes. Finally, through the reDEW Foundation and the reDEW Earth Prize, the company donates 25 percent of profits annually to benefit endangered species and their natural habitat.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice of finish (black or indigo) and waist size (28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, or 36). Sizes 28 and 29 come with a 32-inch inseam. For all other sizes, choose a 32-inch or 34-inch inseam.
