Got my shipment of this box today, and overall I'm really pleased with the quality of this box! Though there is a lot of side-to-side wiggle room for the cards; take a close look at the product shots and you can see that in the fully-loaded shot, the cards have practically a half-inch of space beside them, so shaking the box side-to-side makes them all slip and slide, crashing into the sides of the box.
It's about the same amount of extra room that I see in the BCW cardboard storage boxes in each "channel", but in a storage box like that, it's meant to spend most of its life on a shelf. These smaller deck boxes are likely going to be thrown into a backpack, and would tumble all over then.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm really happy with the deck box. The powder coat came out really well with no visual chipping. (although I still think copper vein is the coolest) I was working on making my own internal dice holder and it's pretty similar to the one shown off on your facebook page, ironically. (Or not, there might be only a few ways to actually do that)
Still going to get mine made to see if my idea works but I can't wait to see what you guys come up with.
(Engineer by trade, Used to do CAD/NC work in a sheet metal job shop and still have some connections there)
P.S.: Love the separators, remind me of power coat coupons. Figured that's what the hole was for.

Just got my deck box, and holy hell the thing is heavier than I thought. If I put it do the test I think the box can survive a hammer blow. The pebbleda paint is really nice, REALLY REALLY nice. There are slight corners and edges inside that cards can catch on, but I don't think this is an issue. The latch itself is a very unique design, and would cost about 4 dollars forthe latch alone. Overall pretty impressed and I'm only paying the price of a cheapo Ultra Pro deck box. If I asked a random person how much do they think this deckbox costs they would believe that the pricetag was over 40 dollars. Patiently awaiting their new steel box that holds dice.

Alex1514Update: just realized that my box doesn't sit quite normally on a flat surface, in fact it rocks side to side slightly like an uneven table. Still I realize that these are welded manually and my score still stands. I'll happily buy another one.

I just received my deck boxes today and they are awesome, the coating and texture on them are pretty cool. However, when I inspected them very closely, one of them had some quality control issue. There was a bad weld on the top flap connecting the lid to the box itself that was bent leaving a gap on both sides. I'm not sure how I would to go about an exchange?

BrainFlushI've been considering these boxes for a while, but I can't pull the trigger on one, because they don't quite meet my needs. One, is that I don't like the metal interior which because it's folded metal with rivets means there are way too many ways to catch my cards on something inside. I'd like to see some sort of flocked plastic insert inside the main body and inside the lid to keep that from happening. Also, the only decks that I would want to use this for would be a commander deck (I've got several hundred dollars into some of them) so it would need to hold 100 double sleeved Magic cards even allowing for the extra room the plastic insert would take up. Of course the gasket, or just the plastic inserts being a little oversized to keep accidental spills out of the box would be great too.
