What makes this a "tactical" sharpening stone? Or is it tacticool because of the bit of paracord they've attached?

SitwonIt's tactical because: when you're on a secret mission to save the world and pull out your knife for a stealth kill on a guard, you'll want it to be sharp. So while you're hiding in the bushes next to the villian's henchmen, silently (tactically even) sharpening your knife imagining what you're going to do to him as soon as you're done.
