We've just heard back from the vendor about the latest status of the group's order and it appears that it's taken them longer to receive and ship the necessary units than originally planned. They assure us that these units are arriving soon and should be en route to our warehouse in New Jersey shortly. As always, we will monitor the situation closely and update the group right away once this shipment is on its way to us.

TylerHey everyone -- Just wanted to follow up on this because Tyler has done a great job on staying on top of the logistics, and the vendor has done a great job of keeping up updated. I spoke with them today and the specific issue is that the leather pouches were delayed. RH Preyda cuts the stone, but they don't tan the leather, so it's somewhat beyond their control.
When working with a new vendor, we try to make conservative estimates precisely because of unknown variables like this. It falls on me for not giving a bit of extra buffer in this case, but everyone on both sides is doing the best we can to get these orders shipped ASAP. 4/14: ETA for orders to ship from RH Preyda to Massdrop 4/28: ETA for orders to arrive at Massdrop warehouse 4/22: ETA for orders to ship from Massdrop to members
This is about ten days behind schedule and we apologize for the delay. We understand if anyone wants to cancel, and appreciate your understanding as we get everything smoothed out on this first drop for RH Preyda. Thanks!
